Shipping & Returns

Shipping

• Orders are dispatched within 24–48 working hours of confirmation.
• Standard delivery across India typically takes 3–6 working days after dispatch. Remote pin codes may take a little longer.
• Shipping is free on all prepaid orders. Cash on delivery, where available, may carry a small handling fee shown at checkout.
• As soon as your order ships you will receive a tracking link by email and SMS.
• Please make sure your address and phone number are complete and correct. We are unable to redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your parcel arrives damaged, leaking or with the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product and packaging. We will send a replacement immediately — no questions asked.

Returns

Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns of opened products for hygiene and safety reasons. Unopened products in original sealed packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery if you are not completely satisfied. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is borne by the customer.

Refunds

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
• For cash on delivery orders, refunds are made by bank transfer or UPI to the details you provide.
• Coupon discounts are applied proportionally when a partial order is refunded.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched. Write to us or call our care line with your order number. Once dispatched, the order follows our returns policy above.
